We built Salon Admin Manager to replace paper diaries, notebooks and WhatsApp groups with a single management tool for the salon. The owner handles appointments from a drag-and-drop calendar, clients with technical sheets and visit history, product stock and earnings statistics, while each employee logs in with their own credentials and sees only what concerns them. Unlike many salon tools, a single appointment can be split across several staff members service by service, data stays available even without an internet connection, and clients can book on their own through a dedicated app. Pricing is a low monthly fee with every feature included and no add-on modules to buy; WhatsApp reminders are sent from the salon's own phone at no extra cost.
